To book East Bay Face Painters for your event, simply fill out our contact form and provide us with your event details. We will respond within 24 -48 hours and discuss your needs and vision for the event.

Two hrs minimum  required; 10-15 ideal. Up to 20 kids Max.
keep in mind the designs depend on the time allowed and number of kids. We want your guests to enjoy the activities without rushing.

if you have a mixed activity: kids will get their fav choice. This is a non stop service during the time allowed.

of course kids can get all activities requested for the party, make sure you book the time needed.  

We work with a variety of venues, including hotels, event spaces, private estates, and more. If your venue requires a Certificate of Insurance or needs to be added as a Certificate Holder, we can help you as well.  

Deposits are non-refundable and required to hold event date. For events cancelled  with a TWO weeks Notice  before event date, the deposit may be applied toward a future available date within 2 months.

Bookings :first come, first served.

Reservation Guaranteed only after Deposit has been received.

PAYMENT: we accept Zelle, Venmo, Pay Pal, cash. 

Credit card payment subject to fees.  
PAYMENT only after we have guaranteed availability.

On the week of the event, a confirmation will be sent to double check details and your Artist’s  name and cell number  will be provided.  
We are really good communicating on the day of event. Please keep your cell nearby in case you need to help us find you.

We are a Great team of multi talented Artists and  arrange each Artist’s  events within the same area to better utilize travel time and avoid delays.
